Children’s Yoga Books

Jade has alway had a passion for working with children. Jade trained as a Montessori teacher in her teens and developed her skills by studying psychology before moving into all things yoga and pilates. Jade created Yogasori as a way to incorporate all her learnings into playful educational stories and activities.

Each story promotes self love, self acceptance and self care. Educational stories to ground, challenge and empower children.

These books are designed to be an educational but fun tool in reducing anxiety while encouraging self love and self care. By learning how incredibly important your Childs body works upshifts their ability to feel self love and promote self respect to look after their wonderful body.

The poses are intelligently sequenced to calm and soothe the nervous system in a fun way. Connecting to the parasympathetic nervous system or rest and digest, when we move into the rest and digest phase of the nervous system the body feels safe enough to heal, grow and develop. As the body moves out of fight and flight responses it releases stress, anxiety, cortisol and adrenaline.
